How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at store@critteraffection.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will not be allowed as printing will most likely have proceeded.

Where I can get my tracking number?

You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you.  If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at store@critteraffection.com

How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order link on top of our page, enter your tracking number then press Track to check your order status.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at store@critteraffection.com.

How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

I need my order fast do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery.

How do you ensure the quality of your product question?

We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with manufacturers abroad. We test everything before we send it to you.

Will you be adding more products?

We are focused on designing best products for our customers, we are constantly adding new quality products to our store.

How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 5-15 business days for United States and 10-19 business days internationally.
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
